If you have a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher through RCHA THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!
Participation in the FSS program is voluntary and open only to current Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher recipients.
Program participants work with an experienced coordinator to establish their own employment goals and identify the necessary steps to reach those goals.
Steps to FSS Participation
1. Complete FSS Application
2. Set your personal goals & complete your Individual Plan of Action.
3. Sign your Contract of Participation and Begin FSS Program!
4. Begin FSS Program
As they make progress toward their goals, FSS participants may also benefit from contributions to an interest-bearing escrow account. When FSS participants complete the program, they receive the balance of the escrow account, which they can put toward education, transportation, or a down payment on a house.
