Home Repair/Rehab Program
Program Process
-
The homeowner must answer a few pre-qualifying questions to determine eligibility. Once eligibility has been proven, additional financial information will be required.
-
The homeowner is placed on a waiting list. When the homeowner’s name reaches the top of the list, they are contacted by the Program Manager and an appointment is made to conduct a work write-up by a general contractor.
-
The work is put out for public bid, awarded and repairs completed.
-
All work is pre-authorized by the RCHA, and homeowners have final approval over contractor selection.
